It’s going to be a tough night of navigating commercials, red carpet and 60 minute coverage, but I think I can handle it. Make sure you have your dinner and yummy desert situation taken care of by 6pm and all should be under control. Hands down, my favorite dessert is the chocolate chip mint Sunday from One Lucky Duck. Yes, it is “vegan”, but I swear you can’t tell the difference. Even better, you don’t feel an ounce of guilt or see one, for that matter.

Survival in this cold = buying fresh flowers
We are so lucky in NYC because about every two to three blocks you can find a bodega with fresh flowers outside it to purchase all year long.
Go get yourself some flowers – it’s good energy and it’s a reminder spring and sundresses are on their way!
I wish I could send every person flowers- now that would be fun.
Yup, just when we were all hopeful we had seen the last of the snow despite the fact that it’s still Feb. a dusting showed up this morning. And the boots went right back on my little pup (so he wasn’t getting salt in his paws from the salt filled sidewalks). He gets more comments on his boots on our walks then I have in my lifetime on any shoes I’ve ever owned.

I love my Kuerig maker that brews me a hot cup of tea when I don’t feel like stepping out into the city streets for a latte. My pretty mug always makes me smile and Harney and Sons tea is my fav.
I recommend trying some, you won’t be disappointed.
I especially love the Paris tea, Decaf Cinnamon and I’m addicted to Dragon Pearl Jasmine.
